this and bring it around.

Feed these through.

Then, there's it.

You're gonna want to find your center and leave just a little bit of slack on that rope.

This is important to have this little bit here. Now you're gonna come back

around.

Take your rope, put it right here, wherever you're comfortable with. Pull it through.

Keep pulling it through.

There'll be a knot just like that. You're gonna come down a couple of inches.

See right here? Depending on your chest size. Take your rope, come around.
